LOOK FOR IDEAS, YOU GET A JOB

Unemployment is on the increase because everyone come out from the institution with one idea and go to that place that mainly exist, how to get a higher pay job. Today I discovered that if everyone change that mindset of coming with different ideas it will create other jobs and expand the existing ones to diversify easily and quickly because everyone wants the best hands on his team. Moreover, I've found out that larger percentage of our unemployed graduates here are creative but are certificate down. We capitalize on certificate while the western world capitalize on skills and productivity with less emphasis on certificate. Virtually big names in the USA we hear today are dropout from school but not from ideas. So they held one idea and pursued it. Their take-off is their father's garage. So ideas are born from home while you go into the institution to develop, associate with like minds and probably guidance. The world is looking for your idea and not your certificate.
